Recruitment Procedures
For positions of one year and more, which are subject to a vacancy announcement, recruitment can take from 1 to 2 months. The recruitment procedure includes:
- Publication of vacancy (2 to 4 weeks)

- Selection recommendation
- Review and approval by the Human Resources
- Management/Appointment and Posting Committee

Who Can Apply?
Minimum requirements in all categories include:
- People between 18 and 62 years old
- Holders of at least a Senior High School certificate or equivalent, and/or relevant technical qualification
- Persons with at least 3 years experience in their respective fields of expertise
- Persons willing to be assigned to CII field offices all over Indonesia
- Advanced knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel software or analogous software
